The “Management System for Industrial Installations (VFI)” is a database application that ensures the transparent recording, management and documentation of all permits, ancillary provisions and deadlines for your installations.
The web-based software solution can be used for all installations requiring a permit. For example, plant managers, HSE managers or those responsible for permits and plant safety work with VFI. Procedure of the cooperation

Setting up the system
The client hands over all permit notices to us or we record them for them on site by arrangement. We then enter all permits and ancillary provisions in the database. All subsequent permits and ancillary provisions are also entered by us – cost-neutrally within the current monthly flat rate.

Receipt of access data and staff training
Afterwards, the customer receives his access data and training from us. At the end of the training, the user can operate the database independently. If questions arise later, he can contact our friendly support team at any time.

Settings by the customer
The client then enters the dates in the approvals and ancillary provisions relevant to the deadline and specifies who is responsible for the timely and professional execution of the inspection dates (with their name and email address). After that, the system is ready to go and users automatically receive emails when there is something to do.
